Birmingham born and bred, Di’s as proud of her roots as she is of her work — and when she’s not solving problems or taking client calls at all hours, you’ll find her cheering on Aston Villa from the stands as a loyal season ticket holder. A true Villa fan, strong coffee lover, and all-round straight shooter, she’s the voice clients know, trust, and rely on.
